The LFC-70 Biodigester converts food solids into drain-safe wastewater in 24 hours. The system uses a mix of natural microbes and enzymes, along with infusions of hot and cold water and oxygen, to aerobically convert biodegradable food waste into gray water that drains into municipal waste lines.

The Grease Trapper ESP [electrostatic precipitator] Pollution Control Unit uses two electrostatic precipitator modules and carbon filters to remove grease, smoke and odors from the exhaust airstream. Low-Profile Transport Caddies slide under rotisserie ovens and hold up to 75 pounds of grease. When the caddy is full of grease and the lid is secure, staff can roll the unit to the containment tank and connect it to the hose, which pumps out the contents.

Featuring four 6-inch swivel casters for added stability, the lifter weighs 550 pounds and has a load rating of 350 pounds. It is compatible for use with an ANSI standard 32-, 48- or 96-gallon caster or two-wheel carts.
