This line of multiuse food shields allows a single operator to change from full-service to self-service without the use of tools. Folding front glass is NSF certified and can be used a display shelf when in self-service mode. The unit features 3/8-inch-thick tempered glass on front, top and sides. Squound bowls, square trays, mini pans and fry cups have a hammered design unique to each piece. This line also includes salt and pepper shakers, double-wall cups and tumblers, martini glasses and pilsners. Square and angled hammered tubs also are available for the bar and special events.
This line of tempered glass sneeze guards uses a titanium dioxide photocatalyst to provide a level of protection against viruses and bacteria. The germs are eliminated by wiping down the food shield using standard cleaning solutions and following commonly used food safety and environmental sanitation measures, per the manufacturer. The glass is transparent and food safe. The sneeze guards work with the manufacturer’s ZGuard, XGuard, Deco Series and Advance Guard food shield lines.

Evolution Chafers come in either a 7-quart round or 9-quart rectangular design. Both feature a slow-release glass lid and induction bases that work on units greater than 1,800 watts. Operators can pair these with 12-quart juice dispensers or 12-quart coffee or beverage urns from the Evolution line.
This line of mobile buffet service products includes a variety of battery powered units, including a cold pan cart for salads and cold entrees, an induction-heated cutting board cart for carvery and a steam-well cart for hot entrees or soup service. The line also includes a gel-chilled dessert top.

The Kalydo buffetware collection is made of 12 millimeter tempered glass. Contemporary bowls and trays with color accents are available. The line features a variety of shapes suitable for various buffet applications.

This line of plating is designed with less tension to provide more precise control and less hand fatigue. Raised cross-hatch grips on the outside ensure a solid grip surface for better control. The inside of the tong tips are serrated for a better grip on food. Six styles are available.
