HART, which stands for Hospitality Assistance Robot Tech, is a line of support robots that assist in transporting assorted items to pinpointed locations throughout indoor venues. Each robot operates through a cloud-based mapping application based in two separate systems: LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping). The robots can operate for up to 15 hours uninterrupted.

Users can configure them as multideck ovens using a common chassis or independently stack them as production dictates. The ovens also feature top and bottom infrared heat control.
Model ALMCS-60-224-79H-2S-PBX is a line of mobile adjustable aluminum shelving suitable for use in backrooms and coolers. The units come with four shelves in total, two adjustable to four positions. Shelves and uprights are reinforced with 1½-inch-square aluminum tubing. The unit maneuvers easily on 6-inch swivel phenolic casters, two with brakes.
This line of custom printed food wraps is suitable for lining trays, boards or baskets; wrapping takeout items; or serving as disposable menus. Available in one-, two- or full-color print options, these wraps are biodegradable and recyclable, per the maker.
SPEED.Pro combines the features of a convection oven and a speed baking oven in a single piece of equipment. The unit can handle up to 384 bake programs and 384 speed programs.
Hobart has developed two new slicers: Centerline by Hobart Edge10 (10-inch knife) and Edge14 (14-inch knife). The two slicers add to the company’s offering of Edge slicers with 12- and 13-inch knives. Both units feature a chrome-plated carbon steel knife. A top-mounted ceramic stone sharpener allows the operator to hone in 15 seconds for a consistently sharp knife edge.
